A Berber village perched on a mountainside, renowned for its handmade carpets and exceptional mountain honey. A must-see stop for crafts and local flavours.

🏜️ Ksar Ghilane — Oasis & a night under canvas in the desert

Arrival at Ksar Ghilane, an oasis on the edge of the Grand Erg Oriental. Swim in the natural hot spring, dinner and a night under canvas at the heart of the desert beneath an exceptional starry sky.

💡 Optional activities on-site (payable locally): camel rides in the dunes & quad bike excursions in the desert.

🏠 Matmata — Troglodyte villages

Discover the famous dwellings carved into the rock, the traditional homes of southern Berbers and an iconic Star Wars filming location.

🌅 Return to Djerba

Drive back towards Djerba with lunch included. Return expected around 4 PM.
